What are above ground pools?

Above ground pools are kits that are assembled on top of the ground. The kit is comprised of a steel or resin wall that sits between a top rail and a bottom rail. A vinyl liner is used to hold water between the walls and over the ground. We also supply and install the pump and filter for you.  There are some nuances that needs professional touch but that’s really it, it’s a simple concept!

How much do they cost?

This depends on the size, shape, and features you choose to get. Prices range from $5,000 for a 15ft round pool to $15,000 for a 18ftx33ft oval(very large). We can also do landscaping and decks around the pool. This goes from $1,000 to $15,000+. Don’t forget that financing is always available!

The first step to the pool of your dreams starts with you! It’s time to dream and we want to help you on this journey. We will take a look at your backyard and discuss the options available to you, making sure to provide our expertise on the best options for your property, budget, and most importantly, family. This process includes looking through the catalogs from our manufacturers and the offered design choices to help your find the best match for your desired outcome. During the planning process we will also scope out any potential dangers, such as utility lines and easements, to ensure your family remains safe.

Permitting

Obtaining the required permits is an essential part of the pool installation process if you reside within city limits. Our team guarantees to be involved in every part of the permitting process and make sure that we are upholding the necessary requirements given by your city’s officials.

Ground Preparation & Leveling.

Once you have settled on design for your pool, the installation process really begins. To ensure that your pool performs at the highest ability for the recommended amount of time the ground needs to be leveled and stripped of any grass. This is an important step to ensure that grass won’t grow straight through the vinyl liner resulting in a premature liner replacement.

Pool Kit Assembly

During the pool kit assembly, your pool comes to life! We ensure that the pool’s footers are level with the ground. This allows us to start putting the pool walls up, which consists of a metal track and columns that goes on the top and bottom of the wall.

Vinyl Liner Insertion

After the frame of the pool is assembled we spread sand on the bottom to provide a smooth barrier that lies beneath the liner. This  protects the liner from any rocks or obtrusive objects that could poke through and result in a premature vinyl liner replacement. Once that is done, we will put in the vinyl liner. Your pool is now ready to start being filled with water.

Pool Pump & Filter

As the pool is filling with water, we hook up our pump and filter to the pool. Our team does this to ensure efficiency as we finish the installation of your pool. As this step concludes our team looks over the installation to ensure that your pool meets our quality standards and is ready to be the backdrop of countless memories with your family.
